Capybaras have webbed feet to help them swim effectively.
A group of capybaras is called a herd.
They often have a symbiotic relationship with other species.
The are most active at dawn and dusk.
A capybara is a rodent.
Similar to a hippopotamus, capybaras are semi-aquatic.
Coprophagy is the consumption of faeces! Animals such as rabbits, dogs and rodents do this, for example, for nutrient absorption and to help maintain their gut microbiome.
