Asking AI !
AI has come a long way. Now, a quick and effective way to get answers on Wordshark is to ask Google’s Artificial intelligence personal assistant, Gemini.
Answers are not perfect but they are pretty good! Just watch out that Gemini is referring to the Wordshark ‘Online’ edition!
Here’s an example; if you ask, “What is Free Play in Wordshark?” …

Of course, we always love to hear from you too! 😊 online@wordshark.co.uk 0208 748 5927 Contact form
Talking of Free Play…
Especially during holidays, you might want to give your students more freedom with Wordshark. See example reasons to use Free Play
- Groups & Users then follow the images (or instructions) below
- Open the arrow on the right
- Click ‘FREE PLAY’ slider, so you see ‘ON’ (either for the whole group or for individuals)
- Restrict available courses if you want: More/ Select Courses

- Students click on the grey Switch button
- They can select a course (from the courses you’ve allowed)
Did you know?
- Plankton are usually microscopic, often less than one inch in length, but they also include larger species like some crustaceans and jellyfish.
- All Wordshark customers have their own personal account manager! You may have already noticed that most of your emails from Wordshark come from one person! This is purely to ensure a personal and fluid level of care.
Even getting a water fountain is good for you! “Coastal environments have been shown to improve our health….” …“You can’t change where the coast is, but when we’re talking about translating the benefits to other types of environments, there is nothing to stop a well-designed urban fountain,”
