1. Please include the full name & email of the ‘Wordshark Administrator’, responsible for managing the account – often this is the SENCO
2. Confirm the email for the invoice (if different)
3. Whether you need a ‘School’ plan (allows unlimited teacher users), or ‘Individual teacher’ plan (for 1 teacher)
4. How many students need to use Wordshark or the plan size if you know it
5. Send to online@wordshark.co.uk
